4. AI Agents and Automations

Our Service includes AI-powered voice agents, automations, and integrations with third-party platforms.

You are responsible for:

• • Providing accurate patient and scheduling information.
• • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and other medical privacy laws.
• • Informing your patients that AI may be used in communications.

5. Subscription and Payment

• • The Service is provided on a subscription basis (monthly or annual).
• • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• • We may change pricing upon renewal with prior notice.

6. Integrations and Third-Party Services

• • The Service may connect with EMRs, EHR feeds, calendars, or other third-party tools.
• • We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or inaccuracies caused by third-party systems.
• • Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

• • You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.

11. Limitation of Liability

• • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• • Our total liability to you will not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

• • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but certain provisions (e.g., liability limits) will survive.

13. Governing Law
